• For Cashfree contributions, an order ID and payment status returned by Cashfree — we do not receive or store your card number, UPI PIN, CVV, or other sensitive payment credentials; these are handled directly and securely by Cashfree.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process and verify your contribution.
• To maintain accurate records of contributions for accounting and reconciliation.
• To contact you regarding your contribution if necessary (e.g. to resolve a payment issue).
• To display an aggregated, anonymized campaign total (total amount raised) publicly on the website — individual contributor details are never shown publicly.

3. Who Can Access Your Information

Individual contribution records — including your name, email, mobile number, and transaction details — are stored in a private database and are accessible only to authenticated administrators of FundVerse. They are never exposed on the public website. The public progress bar shows only an aggregate total, not individual records.

4. Third-Party Processors

Online payments are processed by Cashfree Payments (India) Pvt. Ltd. When you choose the Cashfree payment option, information necessary to process your payment (such as your name, email, and mobile number) is shared with Cashfree in accordance with their own privacy policy and applicable payment-industry security standards. 5. Data Storage & Security

Contribution data is stored using Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore). Access to this data is restricted through authentication and database security rules so that only signed-in administrators can view contribution records. Payment credentials used to authorize Cashfree transactions are kept in encrypted server-side secret storage and are never exposed to the browser or committed to any public code repository.

6. Data Retention

We retain contribution records for as long as reasonably necessary for accounting, reconciliation, and legal compliance purposes. If you wish to request deletion of your personal information, please contact us using the details on the FundVerse website, subject to any legal or accounting requirements that may require us to retain certain records.

7. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information held by us. We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable timeframe.

This website may use minimal technical cookies or local storage required for its core functionality (such as reCAPTCHA and payment session handling). We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers.
