This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for contributions made through FundVerse, operated by Blue Ocean Studios India.
Contributions made through FundVerse are voluntary and support a specific creative project. Once a contribution/payment has been successfully completed, it is generally non-refundable, except where required under applicable law or explicitly stated otherwise in this policy.
If a Cashfree payment fails, is cancelled by you before completion, or is not successfully captured, no amount is deducted or retained by us, and no contribution record is created. If an amount is deducted from your account but the payment is not confirmed as successful on our end, please contact us with your payment reference so we can investigate with Cashfree and arrange a refund of the deducted amount, where applicable.
If you accidentally make a duplicate contribution for the same intended amount within a short period, please contact us with both transaction references. Duplicate charges that were not intentional will be reviewed and, where confirmed, refunded to the original payment method.
For Manual UPI contributions, you are responsible for entering the correct transaction ID. We reserve the right to verify transaction details before treating a contribution as confirmed. If a Manual UPI contribution cannot be verified as received, we will contact you to resolve the discrepancy.
Because contributions directly support ongoing project work, we generally do not offer refunds for a simple change of mind after a payment has successfully completed. If you have a genuine concern, please contact us and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.
To request a review of a failed, duplicate, or disputed payment, please contact us through the details provided on the FundVerse website with your name, the amount, the date, and your transaction ID or Cashfree order ID. We aim to acknowledge refund-related queries within a reasonable timeframe.
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory right you may have under applicable Indian consumer protection or payment regulations that cannot be excluded by agreement.
