These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FundVerse website and the contributions made through it. By using this website or making a contribution, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. About FundVerse

FundVerse is a project page operated and managed by Blue Ocean Studios India ("we", "us", "our"). Blue Ocean Studios India is currently an unregistered business/entity and does not operate as a registered company, LLP, trust, or society. FundVerse is not a registered charity, non-profit, or crowdfunding platform licensed under any specific Indian crowdfunding regulation. Contributions made through this website are voluntary contributions toward the creative project described on the site, not investments, donations to a registered charity, or purchases of goods/services unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Nature of Contributions

All contributions made through FundVerse are voluntary. By contributing, you acknowledge that:

• You are voluntarily supporting the creative project shown on the site, with no guarantee of any specific outcome, product, timeline, or return.
• Contributions are not equity, securities, loans, or investments of any kind, and do not entitle you to ownership, royalties, or profit-sharing in the project.
• Any rewards, credits, or acknowledgements mentioned on the site (if any) are provided at our discretion and are not a binding contractual obligation unless separately agreed in writing.

3. Payments

Contributions can be made via Cashfree Payment Gateway or Manual UPI transfer. Cashfree processes online payments on our behalf; we do not store your card, UPI PIN, or full payment credentials. For Manual UPI contributions, you are responsible for entering accurate transaction details; we reserve the right to verify or reject any contribution that cannot be confirmed.

4. Eligibility

By contributing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, and using funds you are lawfully entitled to use.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details. In summary: contributions are generally non-refundable once successfully processed, except where required under applicable law.

6. No Warranties

The website and project information are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the project will be completed as described, on any particular timeline, or at all.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blue Ocean Studios India and FundVerse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or your contribution.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to final review and confirmation by legal counsel.
